Hlox Majagalee (Jessica McCallum-Miller) is of the Fireweed Clan of the Gitxsan Nation and studied Fine Arts at Freda Diesing School of North West Coast Art. A multifaceted Artist working in Mediums such as, Painting, Carving, Jewelry-making, Digital and Graphic Design. Hlox creates contemporary and traditional work inspired by nature and all forms of Life along the Coast of British Columbia. All Life is Sacred, Welcome!

Hlox means “Sun” in Gitxsan Language, the work I create is sacred, it is derived from a Fire within that comes from the strength of my ancestors.
