SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Handmade items: (Paintings, Jewelry, Self care products, Carvings, Accessories)
Tracking: Tracking info of Handmade items ordered is sent to provided email of customers upon processing orders.
Processing time: Processing and packaging orders may take up to 5 days when there are high volume orders.
Shipping: Shipping is done through Canada Post. Shipping time: 5 to 10 business days (may vary depending on carrier, as shipping may take longer during busy seasons)
Errors on Address: Please ensure your full shipping details are correct, incorrect address input may result in orders being undeliverable. If Address has an error, please notify me and a fee of $25 will be invoiced to customers to cover expenses and corrections.
Returns and Refunds: Due to Sanitary reasons, all orders of handmade goods are final unless package is unopened. If you would like to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours and a refund will be issued, minus a 3% processing fee.

Pre-Ordered Prints: (Fine Art Prints and Cards)
If issues receiving prints or cards arise, please notify me. The printing service will be contacted to resolve any issues. (Pre- order prints are untracked)
Shipping is done through Canada Post. Shipping time: 5 to 10 business days.
If lost, please notify me and I will track parcel through my print partner and the parcel will be redirected to customers.
No refunds or cancellations of prints are applicable.
