"The Octopus is a creature I came across when I was a child, visiting with the ocean. I was fascinated by its movement and it's incredible beauty. We were both curious about one another for a moment and then parted ways. Sometimes we connect with other creatures in a way that cannot be explained, only felt. I am still fascinated by these creatures, their resilience, cleverness and ability to take the shape, colour and forms necessary to survive. Sometimes, it is in nature's most hidden beauty--that we find meaning."
